SUMMARY:Guided Tours of the "Il Cardello" House Museum
DESCRIPTION:The Cardello\, now a museum house\, is the house where Faenza writer Alfredo Oriani spent most of his life and wrote all his works\, in Casola Valsenio.\n“Il Cardello” is located in Casola Valsenio and is a splendid example of a 19th-century Romagna manor house\, still furnished with original furniture and furnishings\, just as Luisa Pifferi\, daughter-in-law of the writer Alfredo and the last to inhabit the house\, left it. \nIn the attic\, set up with agricultural tools from the estate (Oriani was a proud winemaker)\, is preserved the bicycle with which the writer\, considered somewhat the father of “bicycle touring\,” made the nearly 1\,000-kilometer solo journey between Romagna and Tuscany in 1897 that inspired one of his most beloved works\, “The Bicycle.” \nThe Museum is open during the following days and hours:\n– from April 4 to June 30: Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM\, Sundays and holidays from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM\n– from July 1 to September 30: Saturdays from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM\, Sundays and holidays from 2:30 PM to 7:00 PM\n– from October 1 to 31: Saturdays from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM\, Sundays from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM \nThe visit to the Museum is enriched by the presence of a guide who will share the history of Oriani and his family\, as well as the secrets of the house.\nAdmission is by guided tour only\, departing every hour. \nFree for children up to 11 years old\nAdults: €5.00\nAdmission outside opening hours by reservation for groups of at least 12 people. \nFor information\n+39 0546 71044\nilcardello@imolafaenza.it\niat.rioloterme@imolafaenza.it \nTo book CLICK HERE

Eco-sustainable\, widespread\, and deeply connected to local communities\, Romagna in Fiore returns this year with a calendar of afternoon events spread across four weekends in nine different locations throughout Romagna.  \nThe route once again visits Modigliana\, Faenza\, Forlì\, and Ravenna (at the Torraccia)\, also extending to      Fontanelice\, Cotignola\, Santa Sofia\, Bertinoro\, and the Ca’ Carnè Refuge\, near Brisighella. \nThe performance venues are outdoor spaces accessible only on foot or by bicycle; there are no bulky stages or artificial lights\, in keeping with the philosophy of this special festival. \nThe fourth stage brings the festival back to Faenza: on Saturday\, May 9\, we return to the famous capital of ceramics\, in Castel Raniero\, a place rich in history where a heliotherapy colony was established between 1926 and 1932\, and which today also hosts the well-known folk festival La Musica nelle Aie. The stage will feature Motta\, one of the most representative singer-songwriters of the millennial generation and one of the most recognizable voices on the new Italian songwriting scene. SUMMARY:Centenary of the Moto Club Santerno "Checco Costa"
DESCRIPTION:100 years of history and passion 1926 – 2026 \nA program to celebrate the centenary of the Moto Club Santerno “Checco Costa” and that of the first motorcycle race on the “Tre Monti” circuit\, which laid the foundations for the future birth of the Imola Circuit. \nThe highlight of the celebrations will take place during the CIV in Imola\, from June 5 to 7\, 2026\, with a stand in the paddock where historic GP motorcycles will be on display. This will be the meeting point for those wishing to meet riders from the past and present. Also attending will be Dr. Claudio Costa\, founder of the Clinica Mobile\, and the president of the Moto Club\, lawyer Carlo Costa\, along with many collectors\, enthusiasts\, and figures from the world of sports journalism.  \nAt the end of the CIV practice and race days\, a parade of touring road motorcycles will take place. \nThe Exhibition \nAn exhibition of GP\, Motocross\, and road motorcycles\, along with a series of images and videos detailing the chronological history of the Moto Club Santerno “Checco Costa.” The exhibition will be open to the public with free admission from June 1 to 11\, 2026\, at the Checco Costa Museum within the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari in Imola. The display\, supported by Gresini Racing and ConAmi\, includes promotional materials produced over the years for events organized by the Moto Club at the Imola circuit.   \nThe initiative is supported by other local partners\, such as the G. Piani Numismatic and Philatelic Cultural Circle of Imola\, which will produce and present a special postmark dedicated to the centenary at the Checco Costa Museum\, alongside an exhibition of historical documents from Imola’s motorcycling history\, specifically regarding the Moto Club Santerno Checco Costa. \nExhibition opening \nMonday\, June 1\, 2026\, at 11:00 AM – Ribbon-cutting ceremony in front of the entrance to the Checco Costa Museum in the presence of the Mayor\, the President of the Moto Club Santerno Checco Costa\, lawyer Carlo Costa\, authorities\, and members of the Moto Club Santerno Checco Costa. \nInside the Museum\, on the right\, Poste Italiane\, in collaboration with the G.
