
Trekking by Train: On the Ridges of Fiagnano

Trekking by Train is an invitation to rediscover the landscape, nature, and figures of a territory rich in history on foot or by bicycle. Guided by CAI volunteer escorts, these excursions are accessible by train to promote eco-sustainable transport. The program offers a wide and varied range of treks along the Apennine paths to the horizons of the plains, passing through rolling hills.
Departure from the bus station, crossing the historic center of Castel San Pietro Terme before ascending to Monte del Rè and continuing along the badlands of Fiagnano. Return to Castel San Pietro Terme along the riverbank.
