From September 4 to 7, the charming medieval village of Dozza comes alive once again with Agl’arzdori ed Dozza in festa, the traditional gastronomic festival dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Emilian cuisine.
In the splendid Piazza Zotti, you can savor many traditional specialties, from handmade tortellini to polenta, from piadina to grilled meat, including the typical friggione and many other delicacies.
All accompanied by local wines, for a journey through the authentic flavors of the region, among aromas, conviviality, and tradition.
