The second Sunday in November is dedicated to the Volpina Wild Pear and Seasoned Cheese Fair. The small “Volpina” pears, are a typical product of the Lamone Valley, that can be either boiled or cooked in wine or water, or baked. Volpina Wild Pears are perfect to be tasted with the renowned Seasoned cheese, typical of the town of Brisghella, a pecorino-like cheese aged in chalk caves.
