A unique lunch, surrounded by the scents and colors of spring. A culinary experience immersed in nature, where the taste and beauty of herbs and flowers meet to create a unique and refined tasting lunch.
This year, the menu is enriched by a creative theme: buttons.
A “buttoned-up menu” in which this small everyday object is transformed into a poetic and narrative element. On the table and on the plate, buttons become colorful flowers, surprising details, and visual suggestions that dialogue with nature, intertwining aesthetics and imagination.
The menu, curated by Katia Fava, will enhance the authentic flavors of nature, transforming simple ingredients into unforgettable gastronomic experiences.
On the same day at 10:00 AM, a guided tour titled “The Scents of the Garden” is scheduled (tickets can be purchased separately here). The protagonists are the scents of flowers, from roses to irises, the first brooms, and the flowers of medicinal plants such as sage and thyme. Discover top, middle, and base notes thanks to the essences available to create a personalized fragrance in a perfume workshop.
