From October 24 to November 15, 2026, Imola hosts Baccanale, a historic appointment dedicated to gastronomic culture and the excellence of the territory.
The theme of the 2026 edition is Encounters. Italian cuisine without borders , a journey through tradition, contaminations, and cultures through tastings, dinners, show cooking, workshops, meetings, and cultural initiatives.
The event is organized by the Municipality of Imola, in collaboration with restaurateurs, producers, associations, and local organizations. The 2026 visual identity is designed by the illustrator Gianluca Folì.
