Brisighella celebrates the values and flavors of tradition with this event.
The stars of the Cured Meats and Aged Cheeses Festival are the Mora Romagnola cured meats, ready to be tasted after the expert processing by Brisighella’s master butchers.
Along with the aromas of cured meats, Brisighella will also be filled with the fragrances of cheeses.
Stalls featuring local products, food stands, and musical entertainment will welcome visitors to discover these gastronomic delicacies.
Throughout the day, market of local products and crafts, music, entertainment, and panoramic train to visit the village and the hills of Brisighella. The artisan shops in the historic center will remain open during the event.
