Feast of Romagnola

On August 29 and 30, the Festa della Romagnola returns to Casola Valsenio, an event celebrating one of our territory’s finest products: Razza Romagnola beef, a symbol of a gastronomic tradition that tells the story of our countryside.
Throughout the weekend, a gastronomic stand awaits you with dishes prepared according to tradition, to be enjoyed together in an atmosphere of celebration and conviviality.
Lunch and dinner will be available (Saturday dinner only, Sunday lunch and dinner) at the associations’ tent structure on Via Largo Nembrini. Born from the collaboration between Pro Loco and FatAgri, the Festa della Romagnola will offer a menu featuring Pure Breed Romagnola beef and traditional Romagna dishes. The undisputed stars of the two days: beef tagliata and fiorentina steak.
