Hill and Wild Boar Festival 2026

An unmissable event for lovers of fine food.

For two weekends, from July 24 to 26 and from July 31 to August 2, the San Martino in Gattara sports field will come alive with stalls in an atmosphere sparked by the Hill and Wild Boar Festival.

It is the perfect opportunity for a true immersion in the greenery of the Tuscan-Romagnolo hills, tasting woodland specialties and enjoying a rich program of live performances.
The Hill and Wild Boar Festival is the ideal getaway from the city heat and the traffic of the coast.

The food stalls are the main attraction: ricotta and herb tortelli, cappelletti, tagliatelle (strictly hand-rolled with a rolling pin), wild boar salmì with polenta, roasted wild boar leg, grilled meats, and chestnut dessert. Music, dancing, cabaret shows, exhibitions, stalls, and a small market entertain the large crowd.
