Traveling picnic

On Sunday, May 3, one of the most beloved spring events returns: a journey through flavors, nature, and history along the hills of Oriolo dei Fichi.

An “on the road” lunch in five stages across farmhouses and agricultural estates, concluding at the foot of the medieval Tower.

A walking route to be enjoyed in total autonomy, following your own pace and letting the landscape guide you.

Meeting point: Agriturismo La Sabbiona (via di Oriolo 10)

Recommended arrival: 10:00 AM

Route: 6.3 km on paved and dirt roads, to be completed independently

• Appetizer (10:00 AM–11:30 AM) – La Sabbiona: erbazzone with wild herbs
• 1st stage (11:30 AM–12:30 PM) – Ca’ Vincenzona: crêpe with squacquerone cheese, eggplant, and cherry tomatoes
• 2nd stage (12:30 PM–1:30 PM) – Ca’ de’ Gatti: gramigna pasta with zucchini, feta, and aromatic herbs
• 3rd stage (1:30 PM–3:00 PM) – Locanda della Fortuna: roast beef with arugula and 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano
• Dessert (3:00 PM–5:00 PM) – Parco della Torre: strawberry crespella + Fragolito

At the end of the tour, at the Tower, it is possible to visit the new exhibition Arte’: “The Illusion of the Living”
