Sant’Agata sul Santerno

It is one of the smallest municipalities in the Province of Ravenna as an extension, located on the San Vitale highway between Bologna and Ravenna and is crossed by the Santerno River.

the country’s economy is mainly based on agriculture although there is a fair amount of industrial development. A thriving manufacturing and service craft business and commercial activity are booming. Custodian Marcucci

S. Agata is the town of Custode Marcucci (1864-1951), a renowned luthier, to whom the murals in Via Mazzini, by Comacchio painter Riccardo Buonafede (2017), are dedicated.
