Wings for Life World Run 2026 in Faenza

The Wings for Life World Run is much more than a race: it is a unique global event, open to runners and wheelchair participants from all over the world.

There is no traditional finish line here: you run together, side by side, trying to stay ahead of the Virtual Catcher Car, the virtual vehicle that pursues all participants. When it reaches you, your race is over.

On May 10, 2026, you can also live this experience in Faenza. The start is set for 1:00 PM, while the Virtual Catcher Car will start 30 minutes later at 14 km/h, progressively increasing its speed until it reaches every athlete. Thanks to the official Wings for Life World Run app, you can participate together with your friends and thousands of people worldwide, sharing the same moment, wherever you are.

In Faenza, the experience will be made even more special by the involvement of the Visa Cash App Racing Bulls F1 team: a 6 km route immersed in the countryside, to be repeated as many times as possible before being caught by the Catcher Car.

During the event, you will also have the opportunity to:

• visit the Museum and the single-seaters on display
• experience the unique atmosphere of Formula 1
• participate in the final after-party together with all the other runners
