Baccanale 2026 Preview

The first presentation of Baccanale, a cultural and food and wine festival, will be Baccanale Preview, a foretaste of what will then be the autumn edition with the theme “Encounters. Italian cuisine without borders”. A delicious appetizer for visitors, in anticipation of the autumn event.
As in the past, Baccanale Preview will be hosted in Piazza Matteotti, which will welcome guests on the evenings of Friday 15 and Saturday 16 from 5 PM to midnight, and Sunday, May 17 from 5 PM to 10 PM.
Program
The program features the participation of 13 restaurants. Each will offer a themed dish, creating an ideal menu right in the square. Participating restaurants include: Ristorante San Domenico, Semplice, Osteria Callegherie, Fiskebar Linea 22, Casa Serafini, Taverna San Pietro, Pizzeria Quattroquinti, Osteria del Vicolo Nuovo, Vivanderia Note e Aromi, Gastarea Bistrot e Territorio, Ristorante Bandini, Dulcis Cafè, and Pasticceria Sebastiano Caridi. Additionally, the Ristorante Pizzeria Tenuta Torre Diana in Mordano will offer an exclusive dish for the event at its own location.
How to participate in Baccanale 2026
The autumn edition of the festival will take place from October 24 to November 15. You can participate by proposing a themed menu, an off-menu proposal, or an event. All information on participation is available on the website. The deadline to register with your restaurant is June 30, while the deadline to register with an off-menu proposal or to propose an event is July 15.
