The wild boar festival of Zattaglia moves to Brisighella.

Once again this year, wild boar meat cooked to perfection is served stewed or in sauce and is the star of the Wild Boar Festival.
A festival returns that brings you back to the flavors and traditions of simple, genuine cuisine.
The menu proudly features handmade first courses, starting with tagliatelle whose main sauce is ragù, naturally also made with wild boar, followed by polenta.

The second courses are the exquisite result of expert preparation of the game meat: stew with wild boar ribs and potatoes, salmì, tripe, sausage and wild boar shanks, piadina, mutton and sausage with potatoes and gratinéed tomatoes. Piadina, cimabella, and peaches with hazelnut and cream complete the extensive menu.

The Wild Boar Festival also makes room for events and side activities such as games, markets, music, and shows that will not be missed.
